Auction Terms & Conditions: Your bid is an offer to buy an item at the price of your bid and, if accepted, is a contractual obligation on your behalf to buy the item and also to abide by these terms of sale, including payment and removal of items from the auction site. Items are offered for sale "as is" and "where is". The principle of caveat emptor applies except where expressly excluded by operation of law. Charlie's Auction Place does not make or give any guarantee, warranty or representation or undertake any duty of care in relation to the description, illustrations or photographs of any item, including condition, quality, provenance, authenticity, background, style, period, age, origin, value and estimated selling price. Bidder inspection is encouraged. Payment for all items is due in U.S. dollars via paypal or major credit card as soon as bidding ends. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all sales transactions. You must be over 18 years of age to bid. If you want items shipped then you must agree to pay the additional shipping and handling charges. Charlie's Auction Place tries to ship all small and medium items from our auction house with our staff to save you on shipping charges. We do combine shipping whenever possible. Failure to abide by these terms may include abandonment of the items for which your bid was accepted or storage charges. Items must be picked up on the pickup date or will be considered abandoned, unless other arrangements are made prior to auction closure. This auction has a buyers premium.
