Payment: Complete payment must be made auction day by cash, cashiers check, personal or company check, Visa or Mastercard. A 3% buyers premium is in effect with a 3% discount for payment by cash or check which makes your buyer premium 0%. Sales Tax: All items will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax. For exemption on sales tax for ag, resale, industrial processing or other valid use, buyers will need to sign the appropriate sales tax exemption form.
