Items not picked up on auction day will be charged $2.00 per item, each day for storage unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. All buyers at gun auctions must be 18 to purchase long guns 21 years or older for hand guns and must complete a 4473 and pass a NICS background check to receive a bidders card, you may do this prior to auction by coming by auction house. All out of state buyers may take possession of purchases day of sale on long guns and shotguns but must have hand guns and lowers sent to an FFL in their state unless they have tax documentation proving they have dual residency in New Mexico. There are no acceptations. All participants of gun auctions must comply with any and all ATF and State regulations. Any gun shipped will be at bidders expense and must be shipped to an FFL dealer where all paper work will be done.
