Description	Patriot Restaurant Equipment and Supplies has contracted with us to conduct its first ever consignment restaurant equipment auction in the Alamance County area. We have an ice cream shop from Greensboro, plus items from several Alamance County restaurants. Everything has been cleaned and should be ready to install and use.

Terms and Conditions

EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). **Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

Buyer Premium	Each high bid will have a 10% BP added
Payment Terms	All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file, as soon as bidding concludes. There will be a 3% processing fee added to your buyer's premium, raising the BP to 13%. If you wish to pay with another method, you MUST send an email to westerauction@gmail.com, before bidding concludes. That is the only way to insure your card will not be charged. If your card is denied for ANY reason, you will have until Noon on Monday April 16 to call us with another card. Call 984-500-9395. If you do not complete the transaction and pay for your goods, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to bid in future auctions. If your account is suspended a maximum of 3 times in 12 months for slow payment, then the account will be permamently closed.
