The buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased. you must bring help to lift, pack, and remove items from the sale. Including tools to disconnect or dismantle. Please remember to bring packing supplies, boxes, dollies etc. Needed for removal. Our staff will not be able to assist in the removal process. Shipping: Caronna Collections, LLC does not provide shipping services. However, you may contact your local shipping service of your preference and arrange for pick up on those items. If you cannot have the item picked up by the date and time listed for the sale, please contact our office immediately with the shipping companies name and contact information to prevent abandonment procedures to be enforced. Communication is Key throughout this entire process. Failure to Pick Up: In the event you do not pick up your purchase during the designated time. You agree that failure to receive any item in the event of abandonment DOES NOT relieve your responsibility to pay for the item or any other associated fees.
