PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE SUPERSEDE ANY PRIOR MATERIAL
All items are sold "AS IS", WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS. No warranties or representations are made either by Seller or Auctioneer as to condition, marketability, or fitness for any use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS SOON AS THE ITEM IS DECLARED SOLD!! It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to inspect the items and bid accordingly based upon their own judgment. If you are not certain of the condition of an item, DO NOT BID ON IT!
When you become the winning bidder, guard your purchase as it is YOUR responsibility.
Payment will be made in full within 1 hour of the end of the auction and may be made by cash, certified check, personal or business check with bank issued letter of guarantee, or credit card (3% Fee).
Sales tax must be collected on any item sold, unless UPON REGISTRATION the bidder provides our staff with a current sales tax exemption certificate and Florida Dealer's License.
A 10% percent Buyer Premium will be added to the final price on each item sold today.
In case of a tie bid, auctioneers will open an auction between only the highest bidders to sell the item in question.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS
The auction facility will be open during the following hours: Auction Day two hours after the end of the auction. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION SITE NO LATER THAN 4PM on Monday.
TITLE FEES: $ 78.25 - Individual (in state) PLUS a $72.75 Administration fee
$ 45.00 - Individual (out of state)
$ 20.00 - Dealers
