YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND EQUIPMENT. AUCTION COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY LABOR OR EQUIPMENT FOR REMOVAL AND YOU MUST BE PREPARED FOR THE JOB AT HAND. Failure to have proper equipment does not void the sale and no refunds will be provided if you cannot remove your items properly. 4. In all disputes, the decision of the auctioneer is FINAL. 5. The sale is being recorded. It is YOUR responsibility to know what you are bidding on and in what quantity. Auction Company is not responsible if you misunderstand what you are bidding on. 6. Bidder is responsible for items once they are called SOLD. 7. PICK UP IS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH FROM 10-5. Items MUST be removed within 7 days of the conclusion of the auction if you cannot arrive on pickup day. Neither buyers nor the auction company will have access to the property beyond that point. Auction Company will reasonably provide access for buyers to pick up purchases but cannot guarantee available times after scheduled pick up day, SO BE SURE AND LET US KNOW IF YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE AT PICKUP!
