Sold Absolute to the last and highest bidder. These parcels will be sold regardless of price. These parcels will be sold together. At the conclusion of the online auction, a USD $2,000 earnest money deposit and a USD $200.00 transaction fee will be required from the winning bidder and will be placed on your credit card at the end of the online auction on February 20th, 2018. The balance will be due at closing on or before April 1st, 2018. A 10% Buyers premium will be added to your bid price to create the purchase price. The Buyer will be paying for all closing costs. Since the Buyer will be paying for closing costs, the Buyer will have the opportunity to choose their desired closing company or use the services provided by Pappas Law and Title. The Contract for Sale and Purchase will be sent via email or facsimile to the Buyer by 5pm on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018.
