Surplus Equipment from St. Clair College to include Aerial Man Lift, Scissor Lift, Estate Lawn Sprayer, Metal and Woodworking Equipment, Welder, Weigh Scale etc.
Please do NOT register with an Interac or Visa Debit Card. All Items are sold "As Is-Where Is With all Faults" - No Returns - No Warranties. Payment is by Interac, Cash, Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. If using M/C or Visa a 3% surcharge applies. 13% H.S.T. is applicable on all Sales + a 10% Buyer's Premium. All Items must be paid for and picked up by Wednesday Nov. 29th between 9am and 3:30pm at location. $500.00 Deposit required at the close of Auction on the 2 Lifts by way of C/C provided to us when you registered. Staff at the College will assist with Forklift loading only. NOTE: Placing a Bid is a binding contract, so please do not bid unless you intend to fulfill your obligation. The Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for a misdescription of any lot. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of all items at their discretion. We suggest you make an appointment with Frank Moceri at the College (519 796 2271) or the Auctioneer at 519 735 3070 for a personal inspection prior to bidding.
