All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Triple 8 Auctions is not responible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value.
There is a 13% buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay within 1 day of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.
Once the auction indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for secruing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 3 pm Sunday after a Saturday sale. Items remaining after 3pm Sunday following the Saturday sale will encure a $10 convienence fee to store the item(s) accessed every week. Item(s) not picked up within 30 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned.
