AUCTION: January 1, 2018, starting at 10:00 a.m. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. PREVIEW: December 29, 2017, 9:00 a.m.--7:00 p.m. This auction is our annual New Year's Day auction. We collect items throughout several months that are considered unusual hard to find collectibles or items of high quality with minimal damage. If you are intereseted in consigning items with us please call during our regular business hours. Our Auctions are held in-house. Our facility is heated / air conditioned. Seating is always available and seats may be reserved for handicapped prior to our preview day just by letting us know what you require. If there are no disabilities, reservations can be made anytime during our preview hours by coming in and marking your seats. Please do not call and ask to be put on a list. You must mark your own seats. Our catalog with corresponding photos for each lot are on our website: doyleauctions.com. Online bidding is available as a form of an absentee bid. Online bidding closes one hour before the live auction begins. Your bids will be placed and sent to the auctioneer's screen so the auctioneer will bid for you as the floor bids come in. If you are the sucessful bidder using online or absentee bidding, we will call you the next business day to inform you of what your items are. You may pay by phone. Please note that we do not retain the credit card information you were required use to sign up for online bidding Phone bidding is available. We ask that if you choose this option, you restrict this for items you are willing to start bidding at $250.00 Breakfast and lunch will be made available by Rt. 29 Pitstop.
Terms and Conditions: This is a LIVE auction and bids on the internet are treated as absentee bids and uploaded and integrated into LIVE auction. Bidding is executed on behalf of the bidder against other live or absentee bidders. We will never take your bid higher than another duly registered bidder drives it. While we try to be diligent and take email and fax bids, we strongly encourage you to call the Auction Gallery and inform us that bids have been submitted by either method. All items are sold "AS IS." We make every effort to list imperfections in our descriptions. The auctioneer's description at the time of sale is the final calling. We list gold as being "marked as" since we do not test every item. We do not charge a buyer's premium for this auction. We do not ship items, but will work with winning bidders on local firms that can package and ship items. We are willing to assist with additional information you might need but the sooner you ask, the easier and more likely we can respond quickly.

We can ship smaller less involved items from the gallery. Please contact us about added costs. We will help contact a local shipping company for larger items You may pick up your items after payment during the auction, Tuesday and Wednesday Jan. 2nd and 3rd 9 am to 8 pm. Items are to be paid for and removed by Wednesday evening 8 pm. We have weekly auctions and are limited to the Gallery floor for setup. Setup starts on Monday and finished by Wednesday. Items have to be removed to provide space for setup. We appreciate your help and consideration in this matter. We are not responsible for items left after Wednesday
