1. All items are sold to the best knowledge of the auctioneer and it is the responsibility of the bidding participant to inspect a lot/ item prior to placing a bid. No refunds, no exchanges, no bid retractions, no return of merchandise, no warranties express or implied apply whatsoever. All sales are FINAL and not subject to conditions. 2. Items must be paid day of the sale. 3. Payment is received: cash, cheque. Merchandise is subject to any taxes where applicable -- Federal Sales Tax (H.S.T. 13%) on a per sale basis. 4. Removal of items is at the risk of the purchaser. Items left at behind past mandatory date of removal are the responsibility of the purchaser. 5. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time without explanation. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will win the bid. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. Occasionally, a reserve bid may be placed on merchandise and will be clearly marked. 6. Once sold, ALL items becomes the sole and immediate responsibility of purchaser. 7. No Buyers Premium added to all items. 8. Owners and/or executors or Auctioneer not responsible for any accidents, loss, or injuries on property day of auction.
