All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Please assume all items are in need of repair and used. 2. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction, no later than 24 hours. 3. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email or phone at the completion of the sale. Payment arrangements will be made. If no contact is made within 24 hours, the credit card on file will be charged. 4. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between James R. Cash II Auctioneers and the bidder throughout any transactions. 5. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due to the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchasers failure to adhere to these terms. 6. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. While descriptions are believed correct, the auctioneers or owners make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or defect of any items and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the auction company, clerks and owners free of any liabilities in the event of theft of disappearance of any items purchased, no items to be removed from premises without full settlement. In the event of a dispute in bidding, the auctioneer's decision to settle the dispute is final. 14. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
