2- ALL Attached Building Components, MEP Items & Playground Equipment That IS NOT Removed During The Week Of 12/16 – 12/19 May ONLY Be Removed By APPOINTMENT ONLY, Coordinated & Scheduled With The Auction Company.
3- ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND LIGHTING MAY NOT BE REMOVED UNTIL THE WEK OF 12/23 SO WE CAN HAVE LIGHTING FOR OTHERS TO REMOVE THEIR ITEMS.
4- Building Demolition Will Begin The Week Of January 20th!
5- ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY JANUARY 17th, 2025!
IMPORTANT NOTICE #1:
LOADING EQUIPMENT AND/OR ASSISTANCE IS NOT PROVIDED. BUYER’S MUST BRING ANY TRAILERS, DOLLY’S, CARTS, STRAPS, CHAINS, BINDERS AND ANY LOADING ASSISTANCE NEEDED. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor for removal of any/all things purchased in this auction.
IMPORTANT NOTICE #2:
Removal DEADLINE of ALL Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power systems, fire systems, and plumbing components including Bathroom Partitions… as well as all Interior Doors, Exterior Doors, Windows, Ceiling Systems and ALL exterior Items…Awnings, Porches, Buildings, Railings, Etc. is JANUARY 17th.
