Welcome to the Auction! You are required to initially register with our software. During initial registration you will be asked to complete your name, address, phone number and email. Additionally, you will be required to input a valid credit card that matches your billing address. This is only used for verification, and in the event that you do NOT pay according to the terms and conditions. Any invoices left unpaid after designated pickup day, will be charged to the credit card on file and held until it is picked up. After initial registration, you are required to simply click the "Register to Bid" button in each subsequent auction catalog. Lots will start closing on Monday, December 4th, at 6:00PM. Items can be previewed at our offices, 606 E. Booth Rd., Searcy, AR, November 27th to December 1st, from 9AM to Noon, and 1PM to 5PM daily! Local pick up & checkout at our offices, 606 E. Booth Rd., Searcy, AR, on Tuesday through Thursday, December 5th to 7th, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 20 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 2 minutes will extend the closing for an additional 2 minutes. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Local pickup & checkout will be on Tuesday through Thursday, December 5th to 7th, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS EXPLICIT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCITON COMPANY. Cash, Check, and Visa/Mastercard accepted as payment (3% charge on credit card purchases). Any open invoices at the conclusion of designated pick up day will be charged to the credit card on file. We ask that you please bring loading assistance with you to pick up larger items.
