An Arkansas resident registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. We do not ship- selling to out of state buyers requires shipping to an FFL in your state - we do not ship. 2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers) 3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns) 4. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL. All electrical hand tools have been plugged up and tested and work unless noted otherwise Motorized items may start and it will be noted if so. Motorized items with "Working condition unknown does not necessarily mean the item can not be made to run . It may be functional but battery dead or need fresh gas and tune up. Buyer must rely only on self inspection.
