1. North Mississippi Stockyard is an agent only on all sales bringing the buyers and sellers together and are NOT responsible for any errors or misunderstandings on either the buyer's or the seller's part. The auction house is not to be held responsible for any guarantees which are strictly between buyer and seller. Any horses or equine are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties unless owner states horse is completely sound without any vices, the auction house will allow 72 hours for confirmation of said warrranty. 2. Any defects or bad habits such as cribbing or weaving MUST be called when the horse is sold. 3. If you bid online, please note that you are in a binding and legal agreement to pay for any and all horses or equine bidded on and purchased online for this auction. Please keep in mind we try to ensure all provided information on these equine given by the consignors are posted. 4. Title passes to the buyer at the fall of the gavel, at which time the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility, unless said animal is marked PO or Pass Out or No Sale, which too must be announced in the ring before animal leaves the sale ring. 5. Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the auctioneer's decision shall be final which shall include opening up the bidding between those two specific bidders. 6. Announcements made on sale day take precedence over previously written or posted materials. 7. WE DO NOT GUARENTEE YOU CAN RIDE THE HORSE ONCE YOU GET IT HOME. We can in no way guarentee riding ablities of the horse/rider. 8. Shipping is entirely the buyer's responsibility. Some transport options might be available but please ask or inquire to this previous to the start of the auction. 9. All charges are as follows: 8.5% commission, $15 yardage fee, $15 PO fee (Pass Out, No Sale), $20 for barn rides and .005% insurance charge, 3.5% credit card charge (if paying for purchases with a credit card) and a 3% buyer's premium if bidding and purchasing online.
