This auction will be ran on two bidding platforms, and those two platforms will sync with each other as each item begins to close on November 7. If there is a tie high bid between the two platforms, the bidder on simsfamilyauctions.com will win the tie. Sims Family Auctions will have final decision in any matter related to technical issues. This could include, but isn't limited to, pausing or extending bidding. We recommend leaving a max bid on your items to insure your bid is recognized in the event of technical issues. Pay and pickup will be November 9, from 1:00-4:00. Pickup accommodations can be made for lot 123, but payment will need to be made within 48 hours of auction ending.
