Note: Due to the location of these two tracts and the fact that it is deer season, auction will be live at our office 404 Bryant Drive, Donaldson, AR. Online bidders can bid any time including through the live auction in real time with the live bidders. The properties are both located near Gurdon, AR. LOCATION OF TRACT 1: 20 acre tract just east of Gurdon in S/2 NW SW S25-T09-R20, Clark County, AR, w/Caney Creek running through NE part of the property, lying South of the Old Taylor Dairy Road where bridge is out. See plat map. This property was last cut over 20 years ago. There is mostly mixed hardwood timber on it. LOCATION OF TRACT 2: 20 acre tract just off of Kansas Road, located on the east side of the large powerline to include the powerline. It has a good growth of marketable timber with lots of large white oak and mixed pine. It is in W/2 SW SE S12-T10-R20, Clark County, AR. TERMS: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid to determine the total contract price. We will require $2,000 per tract down day of auction (by 2pm Friday, November 22 for online bidders) as earnest money with balance due at closing in 30 days.
