Winning lots are prepared for pick up approx 1-7 business days of the auction end date. When your lots are ready, you will receive an email containing an appointment reservation link. Failure to pickup won lots within 1 week AFTER receiving your scheduling email will result in the forfeiture of won lots. This auction features returned and overstocked items from online retailers, which will consist of open box and for parts inventory. We do our best to provide as much information as possible, but occasionally, our system gets it wrong. Carefully review the photos we’ve taken of the item. The cover photo and first image is a stock image. If you notice a discrepancy between our photos and the description/stock image, disregard the description/stock image. While most of our products are entirely functional & in near new condition, the items are previously purchased customer returns, meaning some may be incomplete, worn, and/or limited in functionality. We perform only a cursory visual inspection. Due to the nature of our auctions, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, AND NO EXCHANGES will be offered. Please be sure to also review the photos we take of each lot on-site. As soon as the auction is sorted, you will receive an email to create an appointment to pick up all won items Monday-Friday between 12pm to 5pm and SATURDAYS 10-3.
