Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. -The highest bid at the close of the auction will be the winning bid, granted all reserves are met. If the reserve is not met, the item will not sell. -Strait Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid deemed unreasonable or suspicious. 5. Payment: -Winning bidders are required to pay the full amount of their winning bid and 15% Buyers Premium, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes and fees. -Payment must be made through the payment link sent by Strait Auctions to the winning bidders. -Failure to make payment within the specified time period may result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the item. 6. Shipping: -Strait Auctions will arrange for the shipping of all items to the address provided by the winning bidder. -Shipping costs, including any applicable insurance fees, will be added to the final invoice and borne by the winning bidder. -Firearms will only be shipped to licensed firearms dealers or individuals with the appropriate permits as required by law. -It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure that they are legally allowed to receive the firearm in their jurisdiction. -Strait Auctions will not ship firearms to locations where they are prohibited by law. 7. Compliance with Laws: -By participating in the auction, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. -It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all laws regarding the purchase, possession, and transfer of firearms. 8.
