Second auction, it will be August 22, with pick up August 23. Noon to 5. If you do not pickup, your items will be donated at 5 p.m. This is a smoking home.
Depending on the item you bid on, there may be pick up at a second location.
Shipping is not cheap. As per our Terms and Conditions (that all bidders submitted that they have read them) there is a $25 fee for preparing shipping, plus cost of shipping, plus a 2% credit card charge.
This house is full of quality items. Every item will be starting high and there will be reserves on most items. If you want to preview, with the intent to purchase, any of the furniture; it must be done prior to a bid placed on the item. Prices will be retail pricing, not reseller pricing. Pick up day, your item/s will be brought to the garage or door. No one will be allowed in the house as there can be no damage. There will be a charge for moving the larger items.
We reserve the right to ask for a $3000 deposit prior to the auction. If you do not pay this, knowing your bids may exceed $3000, you will be removed from bidding. This auction is based on retail/collector pricing. It is not priced for resellers.
