*Online Auction is a Soft and Staggered Closing: The online auction closes one lot at a time. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction. If a bid is placed in the last minutes for the item closes it extends it out another minute.
We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. If items are not collected or shipping is not arranged by end of designated pick up times, items are at risk of being disposed of or donated to charity and the purchaser will lose their money that they bid on the item. If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a $10 per day storage fee may be applied per lot. If we have not received any form of communication or direction from the buyer on when they will collect their winning lots items will be stored for 5 days time then donated to a local charity of our choice or resold for storage expenses.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card account in relation to their purchases. Remember, a 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to your winning bid price to arrive at the total purchase price. A 3% discount off the BUYERS PREMIUM is offered for Cash during scheduled pick up times. A $5.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined if asked to bill credit card on file. In no event shall Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason.
Shipping:
Out of area buyers, your lots can be shipped to you our team at Webb Auction in FLAT RATE BOXES ONLY. If items is larger then a flat rate box it will be taken to a 3rd Party UPS Shipping Team. . Please note objects that do not fit into a small, medium, or large USPS flat rate box will be packaged and shipped via UPS, at the buyers full expense via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If items is extremely delicate or fragile it will be sent to a Thrird Party UPS store for packaging. Please note shipping from Alaska can be costly and while we do our best to minimize costs, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover any and all costs associated with shipping regardless of expense.
Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation which will be paid by the buyer. All purchases will be shipped within 15 business days of payment. Your credit card will be charged once for your items and then a second time for your shipping. Please be aware that while we try to keep cost to an absolute minimum for you we cannot ship your items for free. We use new supplies, bubble wrap, boxes, and packing materials and additional staff time to mail your items.
If for any reason you decide not to pay your invoice in a timely manner you will be banned from any future bidding on any future auctions. This will affect your ability to bid on any other current auctions or future auctions with us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to lack of removal at designated times. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of injury or loss to person and property and specifically release Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC. And consigners from liability. Therefore neither Webb Auction nor its principals shall be liable by reason of any defect or condition on which the sale is held.
Reserve - The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or on his own behalf.
Disputes Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may render a decision or may immediately put the lot up for sale again and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
