Storage unit is located very near the APEX Auctions warehouse. Winning bidders must come prepared to clean out won unit completely. There are no trash facilities on-site. Please do not bid on the storage unit lot in this auction if you are unable to pick-up during the pick-up window. There are no late pick-ups or shipping available for this auction. Bidders will be assessed a $250 clean-out fee, and will be barred from participating in future storage unit auctions if won storage units are not completely empty by 2pm on 9/30/2024.

Buyer has until the end of the month to clean out storage unit, or can decide to rent the unit themselves. All contents must be removed if the unit is not taken over by winning bidder.
