No use of the dumpster is allowed. As soon as payment is recieved .$25 (or more per unit) cash cleaning deposit required and refunded once cleared. Cleaning deposit listed in item description. 48 hour clean-out time. Must clear the unit of all contents. No use of the site dumpster Sales Tax chaged if not tax exempt 13% Buyer's Premuim Credit card only payment at auction end
