Pick up times for this auction are Monday, 5/20 & Tuesday, 5/21 from 2PM-6PM @ Eastside Storage.
Winning bidders must come prepared to clean out won units completely. There are no trash facilities on-site. Please do not bid on lots in this auction if you are unable to pick-up during the pick-up window. There are no late pick-ups or shipping available for this auction.
Bidders will be assessed a $250 clean-out fee, and will be barred from participating in future storage unit auctions, if won storage units are not completely empty by 6pm on 5/21/2024.
