Pickup Days: If you’re the winning bidder, you can pick up your items on TUESDAY 10AM to 6:00PM & WEDNESDAY 8AM - 12PM. Ensure you’re available to collect your new treasures on these dates!

There is a 19.5% buyer's fee and $1 per lot fee added to any item won.
All items are charged 10.25% sales tax.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE stands and power cords included in the box of any items, such as monitors. * ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE CHECKED AT THE AUCTION BEFORE TAKING HOME!! NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NO CHILDREN AT OUR IN-PERSON PREVIEW * Every item will sell * ALL ITEMS OUT OF A BOX ARE SOLD PHYSICALLY AS IS. MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT ALL PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING. * When registering you will be required to add a credit card to your account. We will hold a $1 verification charge until the auction. We will charge this card at the conclusion of the auction so make sure that the amount spent will be approved. IF YOU ARE A NEW BIDDER THE BANK MAY BLOCK THE TRANSACTION, IF THIS DOES OCCUR AND YOU AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL AND LET US KNOW SO WE CAN RUN IT AGAIN AND SEND A PAID INVOICE *This is a no reserve auction, so everything will be sold to the highest bidder. * ANYTHING $75 AND OVER THAT PLUGS INTO THE WALL IS GUARANTEED TO WORK. IF IT DOES NOT WORK YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT ONLY. * IF IT IS UNDER $75 THEN IT IS SOLD 'AS IS' INCLUDING MISSING PARTS, NOT OPERABLE OR DEFECTS!

**AUCTION PREVIEWS ARE ON THE SATURDAY FROM 10AM UNTIL 5 PM *WHEN PREVIEWING, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN BOXES OR HANDLE THE PRODUCT
AT PICK UP ITEMS MUST BE CHECKED ON SITE ANYTHING THAT PLUGS INTO THE WALL AND IS WON FOR MORE THAN $75 IS GUARANTEED. There are testing stations in the auction parking lot for that purpose. Everything else is "as is" and is yours. We are an auction not a retail store In other words, and as an example, we do not guarantee: car stereos; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer!) Lights on Christmas trees are AS IS unless won for $150.00 or more then the lights are guaranteed. Ear phones and ear buds are AS IS! Tool boxes and safes are NOT guaranteed to have the keys. (There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. Again, keeping in mind, we are an auction, not a retail store. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up during the week following the auction. ALSO: There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS BY WEDNESDAY, YOUR FOREFIT THE ITEMS AND WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.
