FIREARMS TERMS: In accordance with the new firearms laws in Michigan, all firearms, (pistol or long gun) buyers must be a Michigan resident, must have a current concealed Pistol License (CPL), or obtain a License to purchase a firearm (LTP) from your local police or sherrif's department. you must have one LTP for each gun you purchase. Bower Auctions is NOT an FFL holder.
