To our valued Buyers & Consignors, There has been a lot of talk regarding Consignment Depot and what is happening with the store. We would like to clarify and ensure you have the accurate information. A few weeks ago, we were approached by the property management about the rent increasing, by double. Though this is a prime location, the facility has much that needs fixed, including the back parking lot that still has not been repaved. With this drastic change we have decided it does not make financial sense to stay in this building. With it not being a good market for renters and buyers, we have decided to close Consignment Depot. We will work as employees at Auction Depot until the right location becomes available and the timing is right for us to again run our own auction house.
