REGISTRATION & BID NUMBER ACCEPTANCE: By registering and accepting a bid number online, the bidder acknowledges they have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Auction posted in this document. When you register for a bidder number, your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases, unless payment arrangements have been made PRIOR to the close of auction with Auction Sales Co. Cash payments and Certified Checks will be accepted during the loadout period on August 10th-13th(3pm on Sunday), 2017, ONLY if arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction. All other payments will be processed at the conclusion of the auction on Thursday, August 10th, 2017. By clicking the accept button online, you enter in to a binding legal agreement with Auction Sales Co. Auction Sales Co. is providing online internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Sales Co. or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The auction will have a staggered and soft close. Soft close is set at 2 minutes.
What is a "STAGGERED CLOSE"? The lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing time using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot.
What is a "SOFT CLOSE"? If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 2 minutes before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 2 minutes. This will continue until a full 2 minutes pass without a new bid on that lot.
MINIMUM BID INCREMENTS:
Up to $50 Increment is $2.50
$51-$100 Increment is $5
$101-$250 Increment is $10
$251-$5000 Increment is $25
$5001 and Above Increment is $50
GENERAL TERMS OF AUCTION: It is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect the items prior to bidding/buying and determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All articles of merchandise are offered "As Is, Where Is" by lot, individually or in groups as described in the online catalog. Multiple photos have been posted of each lot, in order to show the most accurate condition. Any chips, cracks, or blemishes have been photographed and posted to the best of our knowledge. No claim will be considered for allowance adjustment or rescission of any sale based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standards or expectations of the buyer. It is important that the buyer avail themselves of the inspection periods. All items sold "AS IS" meaning the bidder is responsible for due diligence in inspecting all items. Auction Sales Co. will pass on any information, good or bad, that the seller gives to us in describing the items. However, it is up to buyer to determine the condition of the item they are bidding on. All sales are final. When a bidder is awarded the winning bid on an item, that bidder instantly becomes the new owner of that item and is completely responsible for that item. AUCTION SALES CO. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR RE-CATALOG ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.

BIDDING OPENS: 8am (PST) Tuesday, August 1st, 2017
BIDDING BEGINS TO CLOSE: 8am (PST) Thursday, August 10th, 2017. Lots will have a "STAGGERED" and "SOFT CLOSE". You will be notified by email if you are the winning bidder. Invoices will be emailed as soon as the Auction closes.
PAYMENTS PROCESSED: Credit cards will be processed at the close of the auction Thursday, August 10th, unless prior arrangements have been made with auction office prior to the closing of the auction.
LOADOUT: Friday & Saturday August 11th-12th 2017, 8am-5pm & Sunday August 13th 2017, 8am-3pm. No purchases will be loaded until they are paid for in full.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: Premium will be added to EACH LOT purchased at the following rate: Items selling up to $5000.00 - 10% Items selling from $5001.00 to $10,000 - 5% Items selling from 10,001.00 and above - 2.5%.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: An additional 3% processing fee will be charged. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card number will be retained, for this auction only, and charged for your purchase(s) and/or shipping unless payment arrangements have been made and confirmed prior to closing of auction.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING & HOLD HARMLESS:
REMOVAL: Removal, shipping and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you purchase large items please bring loadout help with you. Please note we do not have packing material for breakable items so please bring it with you. Small items may be shipped to non-local/out of town buyers at buyer's expense.
Items may be picked up August 11th-13th, 2017. Any item left after August 13th, 2017 at 3pm will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of Auction Sales Co. Purchaser shall make his own arrangements for insurance coverage for all items purchased.
HOLD HARMLESS: The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auction Sales Co. and the seller, against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages and other expenses arising from loading out of items by Auction Sales Co. on the purchaser's behalf. All lots must be removed within the times noted in these terms and conditions.
