All items must be paid for in full before the bidder leaves the auction site.
This is a cash only auction. Only cash, certified funds, or a credit card will be accepted. Checks will only be accepted if accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. Bidders must make payment before leaving the auction site.
There is a ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium on all items for onsite bidders. There is also an additional five percent (5%) convenience fee on all internet bids or absentee bids.
A preview and inspection time has been set for Friday, Sept. 2, 2015 between the hours of 1pm and 5pm.
All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. All vehicles, tractors, and equipment should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and all vehicles must have insurance before they can be driven off the auction site.
Payment must be made before the bidder leaves the auction site in the form of cash or a check that is accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee from the bank. No unapproved checks will be accepted without a bank letter of guarantee from the bank. Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) will be accepted however an additional 3% buyers premium will apply. Companies and individuals may get pre-approval for bank wire transfers for purchases over $50,000 in ADVANCE of the auction by calling (318) 929-7003, ext. 290.
Those paying with cash can pick up their vehicle titles on the Friday after the auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016 at 5pm, otherwise items will be subject to a storage fee of $9 per day (and $32 per day on trailers and large trucks), and auctioneer shall have the authority to dispose of or sell any item left on auction site after 5 days (at auctioneer's sole discretion). However Lawler Auction Company, it's Consignors, agents, officers, owners, and employees are not to be held responsible or liable for any item left on the auction property regardless of when the items are picked up. Buyer is solely responsible for the security of the items purchased and therefore should remove items from the auction site immediately.
Absentee bids for certain items may be placed on the internet, however this is done as a courtesy for auction patrons who cannot be at the live auction. Bidders fully understand that the internet and the computer system must be fully functional at the time of the auction, otherwise internet absentee bids may be lost or unavailable at the time of the auction. In the event that the bids are not available at the time of the auction, the auctioneer must rely fully on live bidders who are at the auction, and at such time the absentee bids will become void. Internet absentee bids may be placed up until 9am on the day of the auction and the auctioneers will bid on behalf of the internet absentee bidder during the live auction against the live bidders who are present at the sale. Tie bids go to the winning onsite bidder.
In the event that an internet bidder wins a bid, for less than $10,000 the bidder's credit card on file will be charged and will be subject to an additional 5% convenience fee in addition to the additional 3% credit card surcharge unless the bidder makes a note to the auctioneer that they will be paying with cash or certified funds no later than Monday, Sept. 5, 2016 at 10am. If payment has not been made by that time, the auctioneer will automatically charge the credit card on file.
