All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify the auction process, including but not limited to changing the auction end date or time, withdrawing any item, rejecting any bid, or cancelling the auction entirely, at the auctioneer’s sole discretion, whether or not bids have already been placed. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that all bids are final, binding, and irrevocable, and acknowledges that it is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and controlling.
Within 24 hours, the successful high bidder on this property will be required to sign the Real Estate Sales Contract with the owner, Terms & Conditions and any other documents needed, upon conclusion of the bidding and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the sales price with the owner. A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid to establish the total sales price. US currency cash, certified check, or wire transfer shall be paid to the owner. The balance is to be paid in full at the deed closing with the owner. By bidding you are entering into a binding agreement.
Reserve Policy:
All items in this auction are subject to a reserve price. If an item does not meet the reserve, it will not be sold and may be relisted for auction at a later date. Please note that the message "May Have Won" only indicates you were the lead bidder, but does not guarantee a win unless the reserve has been met. Final winning status will be confirmed after the close of the auction and reserve validation. All winners will be notified via email or phone call if they are a winner.
Premium:
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. This covers the cost of processing credit cards.
Pickup:
All items must be picked up or shipped within 7 days of auction close. No refunds will be issued for failure to arrange pickup or delivery within this timeframe. Pickups must be scheduled in advance to avoid crowding—please contact us to reserve a time slot. For buyers in the Kansas City metro area, hand-delivery is available for large or multiple items at a flat fee of $15.
Shipping:
For shipped items, shipping costs must be paid in full before items will be sent. We add a $5 handling fee, which partially or wholly covers the box and wrapping materials. The winning bidder is also subject to shipping fees which varies based on the size, location of delivery, weight of a package, and service provider. A separate invoice will be sent via email and/or text for these charges. Please confirm your correct mailing address when requesting shipping to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Notice:
All bids are final. All items are sold as is, where is—no exceptions. Purchasers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities arising from injuries to persons or property during the sale or removal/shipping of purchased items. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. BurbleBids and HiBid shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies.
Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruptions or delays beyond their control. Internet bidders should be aware that transmission delays may prevent the auctioneer from recognizing bids in real time. While every effort will be made to accommodate varying internet speeds, the auctioneer is not responsible for the final result due to such delays. Any announcements made on the day of sale supersede all printed material. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of any unregistered bidder.
Specialty items (e.g., cars), where titles are required, will necessitate proper buyer information and supporting documents for title transfer. Titled items may incur applicable taxes or fees, which will be disclosed if applicable.
