Auction Terms & Conditions Titletown Auction Company _______ Auction Closing The first item is scheduled to close at 6:00 PM CST on Wednesday, March 11th. Items will close every twenty (20) seconds thereafter unless the auto-extend feature is activated. This auction features auto bid extend. When a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes of a lot’s closing time, bidding will automatically extend 2 additional minutes. This process will continue until no further bids are placed within a 2-minute time frame. _________ Registration & Payment Authorization A valid credit card is required to register and bid. We may place a $1.00 temporary authorization on your card to verify validity. This authorization typically drops off within 10 business days, depending on your bank. By registering and bidding, you agree that you fully intend to pay for and remove all items won within the stated pickup times. If your payment is declined for any reason, your invoice may be subject to a $5.00 declined card fee. Unpaid invoices may result in your account being permanently blocked, and your non-payment status may be shared with other HiBid auction sites. _______ Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax - A 15% Buyer’s Service Fee will be added to all winning bids. -Wisconsin / Brown County sales tax (5.5%) applies unless a valid tax-exempt form is on file prior to bidding. _______ Item Descriptions & Inspections We strongly encourage in-person inspection during preview times, when available. Shipping is limited to non-fragile items, as determined solely by Titletown Auction Company, and must ship to the billing address associated with the buyer’s account. We do not ship outside of the United States. Shipping & handling charges will be billed separately to the card on file. ________ Precious Metals Payment Policy (Gold, Silver, Etc.) Due to the high rate of fraud associated with precious metals, the following payment rules apply: New Customers Requiring Shipping Credit cards are NOT accepted for gold or silver. Payment must be made via Bank wire, or Cashier’s check (subject to a 10-day waiting period before shipment) Returning Customers Returning customers may pay with a credit card, bank wire, or cashier’s check. Local Pick Up Customers Local pickup customers may pay with a credit card, provided a valid government-issued ID is presented, and the ID matches the name on the credit card used. Titletown Auction Company reserves the right to require alternative payment methods at its discretion. ______ Large Invoice Deposit Requirement Any invoice totaling over $700 will require a $500 non-refundable deposit charged to the card on file. Auctions hosted on-site (including a client’s home or business) have strict, absolute pickup windows. We only have access to these properties for a limited time, and no exceptions can be made. Items not picked up by the stated deadline will be considered abandoned and forfeited, and may be resold to satisfy storage, handling, or administrative costs. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment. If alternative payment is approved we accept cash or a seperate credit card. 15% buyers fee applies to all purchases. 5.5% Sales tax applied to all sales unless you present a sales tax exemption form. Pickup and Shipping Policy Thank you for your purchase! Please read the following important details regarding pickup and shipping options. 1. Pickup Details: Date & Time: Pickup is scheduled for Thursday, March 12th from 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Location: Items are located at 3049 Ramada Way, STE 400, Green Bay, WI 54304. 2. Shipping Options Eligible Items: We offer shipping on all non-fragile items (excluding oversized items). These items will be marked with a "Shipping Available" icon. Shipping Costs: Shipping will be charged at the total retail cost from the carrier (usually USPS or UPS), plus a flat surcharge of $5 per shipment (total shipment, not per lot) to cover packaging and labor costs. Note: In the rare case where excessive packaging or labor is required (e.g., multiple boxes), the surcharge may be adjusted accordingly. Shipping Methods: We always ship via the least expensive method (Ground shipping) unless you specifically request expedited shipping. 3. Fragile Items: Fragile items are marked with "No Shipping Available" and cannot be shipped in house, however, we can deliver these items to Pack and Ship in De Pere, WI, where you can arrange for packing and shipping services directly with them. Important: Please be aware that packing services at Pack and Ship can be expensive. Contact Information: You can reach Pack and Ship De Pere at (920) 337-9280 to discuss packing and shipping options. Delivery Fee: We charge a $25 fee to deliver your fragile items to Pack and Ship’s location.This option is available as an alternative for fragile items that require special handling. 4. Shipping Restrictions & Details US Shipping Only: We currently only ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping to Billing Address: We can only ship to the address associated with your payment method (the address on file with your card). 5. Freight Shipping Oversized Items: Buyers may arrange freight shipping for oversized items. Our facility is equipped with a truck dock for easy freight shipping. 6.
