All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warranty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. By placing a bid in this auction, the customer acknowledges and agrees that, if they are the winning bidder, their credit card will be charged for the full amount of the final bid, including any applicable fees or taxes. Furthermore, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback, refund request, or fraudulent claims with their credit card issuer related to this transaction. All sales are final, and by bidding, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle. They must bring their own help if help is needed. C2 staff will be assisting other customers and preparing the next auction. Any customer sending a representative to pick up for them will need to email auctions@tryc2.com to inform us who is coming. Buyer agrees that by placing a bid on this auction, the card on file will automatically be charged the full sales price plus buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Buyer will also be charged for a 3% Credit Card processing fee. The fee is attached on top of the 10% buyers premium. Failed cards will result in an additional $5 processing fee. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments.
PICKUP is on Tuesday June 9, 2026 from 8:30am-12pm and 1pm-3:00pm. All items picked up after June 9th will include a 20% or $10.00 late fee (whichever is higher) and items not removed from our facility within 5 business days of the auctions end will be forfeit with no refund For questions please call 5409555740 ext 9235 or email Auctions@tryc2.com The buyer is responsible for the consolidation, removal and loading of all purchased hand-carriable equipment. Forklift loading assistance will only be offered for items that are pallet sized and freight items. The buyer is responsible for bringing all other assistance needed in the loading process.
