Auction Terms & Conditions By registering for a bidder number, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this user agreement. Condition Statement: All items including coins and jewelry, are sold as is, where is. We do not grade coins. Any grades given are as they came to us. We do not test jewelry. Any discription given refers to the marking on the item. There will be no returns. Please read descriptions and look closely at photos. We do our best to describe every item accurately (we are not perfect). Any condition statement that is given is a courtesy to the client. As found means there is a defect of some sort with the item. Please do not bid unless you have read the full description and looked at all the pictures. If you have questions, please contact us before you bid. The auctioneer will not be responsible for the description, authenticity, or condition of the property. Payment information: 10% buyer's premium will be added to the invoice total. Payment can be made by Cash, Check or Credit Cards at pickup. A 5% Surcharge will be added if you use a credit card. $35 fee will be added to all NSF checks. Shipping: Shipping is available on select items. 5% surcharge will be added to the total including shipping. We DO NOT use HiBid's credit card processing. Certified Check will be required for purchases over $500. It is your job to contact us. Details will be in the email containing your invoice. Pictures of all packaging will be required to claim insurance on damaged items. Failure to pickup items or to arrange for shipment will result in negative feedback on your hibid account. Items not picked up within 1 week become the property of Stemple's Auction regardless of payment. There will be a minimum $5 transfer fee for items not picked up at the stated pickup location and day. Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any items at any time before the sale ends.
