Any bidder may contact Valley Auctions prior to the close of the auction and request to be removed from the credit card processing list to avoid the card fees and pay their invoice via wire transfer. All shipping costs will be paid via registered credit card. Buyers with invoices exceeding $2,000 must be paid to our bank via wire transfer within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Buyers who will be picking up local may also contact Valley Auctions and have their names removed from the credit card processing list to avoid the 4% charge and can pay cash upon pick up within 72 hours of the auction closing. Local pick up will begin 11/18/25 at 10 am at the Valley Outdoors Showroom location 3034 Mount Vernon Rd Hurricane, WV 25526. All lots requiring shipping will be shipped via Either US Postal Service or FedEx with insurance on the package up to the auction hammer price to protect from loss or damage. We will combine lots where applicable. Shipping and shipping insurance is at the buyer's expense, once lots have been paid for the shipping process will begin. Once the shipping has been charged to the credit card on file it will go out that day or the next business day.
