Registration Requirements: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. *Valid credit card and contact information are required for registration. Mission Critical Corporate and Estate Downsizing reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder registration at its sole discretion based on bidders past performance and bidding history 2. Bidding Notice: This is an online-only auction on the HiBid platform. All bids are final. Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted. Bidders are strongly encouraged to read all item descriptions and review photos before bidding. 3. Preview Dates: There are NO previews for this auction 4. Auction Close: This auction features a “soft close” if a bid is placed in the final moments, the bidding time for that lot will be extended. Lots will begin closing at the time and date specified in the auction listing. 5. Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately after the auction closes. Your card on file with high bid will be charged the total amount of your winnings to include buyers premium AND shipping and handling charges. Accepted forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card (through HiBid), Cash at pickup (by prior arrangement only). A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final bid price of each item. Applicable WV state sales tax of 6% will be charged unless you provide a valid tax-exempt certificate before the auction ends. 6. Item Removal / Pick-Up: Pick-up Location:176 Charlotte Court, Martinsburg, WV. 25401 Pick up time and date: October 11 & 12 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. Each Day THERE NO ALTERNATE PICK UP DAYS! THE TIMES LISTED ARE THE TIMES. WE ARE UNDER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION TO BE DONE ON SUNDAY October 12, 2025. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP, YOU FORFEIT YOUR LOTS. Shipping is available on select items only. If there is no shipping on an item, we have already determined that shipping is not feasible. Items not picked up by the deadline will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Bring your own labor and tools for removal. Staff will not be available to assist. 7. Shipping: Shipping is available on select items only, at buyer’s expense. All shipping arrangements must be made within 48 hours of the auction close. You MUST SELECT SHIPPING REQUESTED DURING REGISTRATION TO AVOID DELAYS IN SHIPPING! Mission Critical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. All items are packaged with care with the appropriate packaging materials for the items to be shipped! 8. Condition and Guarantees: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied! Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge, but no guarantees are made as to condition, authenticity, or completeness. Bidders are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding. 9. Default & Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 48 hours, your account may be suspended and the item(s) offered to the backup bidder. Failure to pay will result in permanent banning from future auctions. 10. Liability: Buyers assume all risk once items are sold. Mission Critical and its affiliates are not liable for any damage, injuries, or losses incurred during preview, pick-up, or use of purchased items. 11.
