Auction items will begin ending at the specified date and time specified on each auction. When placing a bid on an item the lots will close approximately every 16-20 seconds apart. Any bid placed by a bidder other than the current winning bidder in the last 1 minute, this will extend the end time for an individual lot by 1 minutes. Shenandoah Valley Auctions, LLC highly recommends you take the time to inspect items you are bidding on. All items are sold "AS-IS & WHERE-IS". Shenandoah Valley Auctions, LLC makes no guarantee, waranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, contents or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever. END OF AUCTION : Your credit card on file with Hi-Bid / Auction Flex will be charged with in hours of the close of the auciton and a copy of your invoice witll be emailed to you with the email address on file. If you are a new auction bidder with Shenandoah Valley Auctions, your invoice copy may be sent to your Spam or Junk email folder and you will need to check thier for it ! CASH or CHECK Payment : A cash or check payment may be accepted from a pre approved buying client . All other winner bidders witll have the credit card on fille charged at the end of the auction. PICK-UP TERMS: The Buyer is soley responsible for the pick-up of all lots purchased at their own expense during the specified pick-up time frame. Failure to pick-up your items that you purchased in the specified time frame will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The Seller is not required for any reason to provide an alternative time, location, or method of pick-up. The Seller is not responsible for assisting the Buyer in the removal/ and pick-up of any items purchased. If you can not left up the item yourself to carry to your car or truck, you will need to bring someone with you to help do so. Only basic assistance for the removal of items will be offered by the seller. You will need to bring with you any boxes or packing material to pack up your purchases. No packing material will be provided by the seller. The seller Shenandoah Valley Auctions LLC is not reponsible for any Parking accidents, any damage or any injuries accured while on site in the house, in any out buildings or parking area. If an item is unable to be found during the pick-up period, the Buyer must immediately make this known to a Shenandoah Valley Auctions, LLC representative on site at the time of pickup. If the item cannot be found or recovered, a refund will be credited. No refund request made after the pick-up day will be honored.
