The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the customer’s responsibility to view, inspect and test the items on inspection day or on pickup day before removing the items from the facility. If a customer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The customer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic condition, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. By placing a bid in this auction, the customer acknowledges and agrees that, if they are the winning bidder, their credit card will be charged for the full amount of the final bid, including any applicable fees or taxes. Furthermore, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback, refund request, or fraudulent claims with their credit card issuer related to this transaction. All sales are final, and by bidding, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms. The customer is responsible for loading their own purchases in/on their vehicle.
