AS-IS, WHERE-IS SALE – NO WARRANTIES ALL VEHICLES ARE OFFERED FOR SALE “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.” No guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind are made, expressed or implied, including but not limited to: Merchantability Fitness for a particular purpose Roadworthiness Mechanical condition Mileage accuracy Authenticity Completeness Emissions compliance Safety compliance The auctioneer, seller, and seller’s agents expressly disclaim any and all warranties, whether oral or written. 2. NON-RUNNING VEHICLES / MECHANICAL CONDITION All vehicles offered in this auction are NON-RUNNING. VEHICLE REMOVAL & TRANSPORT Buyer must arrange professional towing or trailering Vehicles must be removed within the time frame specified by the auctioneer Buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury upon sale Storage fees may apply if removal deadlines are missed 10. NO LIABILITY The auctioneer, seller, property owner, and their agents are not liable for: Personal injury Property damage Theft or loss Mechanical failure Environmental hazards Entry onto the property is at bidder’s own risk. 11.
