Registration Users must register with accurate, up-to-date information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. 3. Bidding All bids are final and binding. Placing a bid constitutes a legal offer to purchase. The highest valid bid at auction close wins. 4. Payment Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours using approved methods. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or re-listing of the item. 5. Items & Descriptions All items are sold “as is.” Eclectic Amanda is not responsible for discrepancies or inaccuracies in item descriptions provided by sellers. 6. Fees Applicable buyer or seller fees will be disclosed before bidding. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Buyers premium of 10%. 7. Cancellations & Disputes The auction platform reserves the right to cancel bids, listings, or accounts for fraud, error, or misconduct. Disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the auction close. 8. Liability Eclectic Amanda is not liable for losses, damages, or delays arising from use of the site or third-party services. 9. Privacy User information is never shared or sold unless legally obligated to do so. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Virginia.
