Please note: Upon Auction Close you will be emailed an invoice via Square which must be paid before picking up your items on the designated date(s). Any invoices requiring on site credit card transaction will be assessed an additional 3% buyer’s premium. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. CycledUp Treasures has sole discretion to ban any Buyer/Bidder. Buyers must register on HiBid with a valid credit card in order to bid. You are solely responsible for checking your e-mail following the close of the auction to determine what items you have won. You must bring your paid sales receipt with you at time of pickup. If we have to process the payment at time of pickup an additional 3% will be added to the buyer’s premium. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. STOP PAYMENTS on cards are prohibited. Buyers/Bidders will not be allowed to dispute an auction purchase, this is part of the Terms and Conditions you agree to when you start bidding. CycledUp Treasures has the right to add or remove items from auctions at any time. CycledUp Treasures has the right to cancel auctions at any time. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure. Lots will begin closing 7 pm est. Lots will close using a soft closure method. This means if a bid is placed within the last 60 seconds of an item closing, the bidding will be automatically extended for a 60 second time period. BUYER’S PREMIUM IS 15%: This will be charged on top of the highest bidding price at final close. SALES TAX: All applicable sales tax, according to the governing tax laws in West Virginia, will be added to the purchase price on all items. BIDDING: Do not bid unless you agree to ALL of the terms. By bidding you acknowledge all terms and conditions listed herein. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and no bidder shall retract their bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All purchases must be removed from the pickup location in Martinsburg, WV on the designated pickup day(s) and within the specified timeframe. Buyers must contact CycledUp Treasures at 304-260-0463 to set up appointment for pick-up. Removal is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. You agree that the removal, pick-up, and transportation of your items will be solely at your expense and at your risk. Items that are not picked up by the end of specified pickup date will be considered abandoned, CycledUp Treasures will then take possession of said items with NO REFUND to Buyer. If you can’t make the pickup window, you must CALL CycledUp Treasures at 304-260-0463 to determine if alternative arrangements can be made BEFORE 4PM ON THE PICK UP DAY. Acceptance of alternative arrangements are fully at the discretion of CycledUP Treasures. There is NO SHIPPING available for the auction. We are offering Local Delivery for this Auction if you winning bid(s) total over $100 AND your delivery address is within 25 miles of our Martinsburg, WV location, you can request delivery of your items for an additional $10 fee. You agree and understand that we are only obligated to release your items after you present a Paid Sales Receipt. You explicitly authorize us to release your items to any person in possession of your Paid Sales Receipt. PREVIEW: Buyers/Bidders, by appointment only, will be able to inspect the items up for auction. We have taken great care to describe items accurately. All bidders are encouraged to make their own evaluations of the items based on their own examination of the pictures provided and the preview. By placing a bid, customer acknowledges that they have examined the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the lot.
