1. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Everything must be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, regardless of scheduled pickup.
2. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
3. When you become an active bidder at auction you have entered a contract and will be expected for pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful winning bidder. The retracting of bids will not be allowed once they are placed. The Auctioneer reserves the right to deny bids.
4. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
5. Mercury Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
6. The invoice total will be charged to the registered bidder's online credit/debit card immediately following the closing of the auction. The bidder will receive an invoice after payments have been processed.
7.For internet-only auctions, Mercury Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Mercury Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
8. All firearms background checks must be conducted in person after the closing of the auction. Background check dates and times will be MondaMonday & Tuesday following the close of the auction 9AM-1PM. If you wish to have your firearm shipped it must go to a firearms dealer. Bidder must provide us with a copy of the License for your preferred dealer, shipping fees will apply.
9 The following transfer fees will apply to all firearms: $35 per firearm. These fees will be run separately from the initial invoice.
10. ALL out-of-state purchases of a firearm will have to be shipped to an FFL. All in-state gun purchases will have to be picked up in-person.
11. Failure to complete background paperwork, or provide copies of receiving parties Federal Firearms License, by Friday January 3rd, will result in forfeiture of items. No refunds are given on forfeited items.
