This is a soft close with the first lot beginning at 6pm with another lot closing every twenty seconds. If a bid comes in within the last two minutes of an items closing, the clock will reset for another two minutes and will continue to reset with each bid until bidding stops for that item. The credit card you use to register for the auction will be charged at auction close. If you change your card in hibid during the auction we do not have access to the new information. Please register with the card you intend to use. Once you register for the auction you are only approved for the amount of $5000. If you need a higher available bid amount please contact us in advance of the closing of the auction so that we may approve your bids. A Zelle payment is required to complete the purchase on fine jewelry, gold, silver, luxury time pieces, designer goods, coins, bullion and fine art for new or unestablished Hibid accounds. If you are the winner of the items listed above with a new or unestablished Hibid account your card will be charged a non refundable deposit of 20%. Your invoice will be emailed to you with a balance due and Zelle instructions. Payments are to be completed no later than three business days following the auction close. All shipping is sent via UPS unless you provide a prepaid shipping label and pay a packing and handling fee. Packages can be up to 50 lbs but must comfortably ship in a cardboard box. UPS Shipping within the continental US only. Packages with a large size to weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Due to the high cost of quality packing material and the labor involved there is an additional charge for packing billed on items shipped ground. Art in excess of $800 and framed art at or over 25" will require a specialized shipping container and insurance at the buyers expense. You may be asked to provide verification of identity by sending redacted copies of a photo i.d. and a photo of the last four digits of the credit card and the name. Once we email your quote for shipping from Weatherfordauctiongallery1@gmail.com. You have three days to approve the charge. Quotes are emailed no later than Tuesday afternoon following auction close. If we do not receive an approval agreeing to the shipping amount from you or any requested documentation or if the charge is declined then your items will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. If you fail to provide a complete address or apartment number there will be a $25 fee imposed as charged by UPS. Out of area bidders may want to refrain from bidding on items that are costly to ship such as but not limited to books, oversized items, extremely fragile items and extra heavy items. We will not ship TV's, mirrors or computer monitors. We do not have the ability to ship furniture. We do not recommend shipping sets of China. DFW Estate Liquidators will be held harmless from any shipping related damages. Shipping is only conducted on Saturdays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Emails will only be answered on these days and packages only ship on Tuesdays. Pick up days are Saturday March 7th and Monday March 9th from 10am-4pm CST. Appointments are required to limit the amount of people at one time. If you show up without an appointment you will be asked to step aside until we have free time to help you. You will be packing, moving and loading your own items. Pick up times are firm. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pick up during the established times DO NOT BID. Do not risk placing a bid hoping we can store your items for a later pickup. We do not have the storage space or the resources to store your items. If you choose to bid and fail to pick up your items during the published times your items will be forfeited without refund. Failure to abide by pick up times may result in loss of bidding privileges.
