PAYMENT TERMS After the auction closes, the card on file will be automatically charged for all winning bids. The total amount due includes: Winning bid price 15% buyer’s premium 8.25% state tax (as required by law) You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. Failed Payments & Unpaid Invoices All bidders must be ID-verified by registering with a valid credit or debit card. If your card fails to process, you will receive an invoice with options to pay online or in person. Invoices not paid within 3 business days of auction closing will be voided. Unpaid items will be forfeited, and failure to pay may result in restrictions on future bidding. AUCTION RULES Extended Bidding Policy If a bid is placed within the final two (2) minutes of an auction, the closing time will automatically extend by two minutes. The auction will continue extending by two minutes each time a new bid is placed within the last two minutes. REFUND & RETURN POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. ITEM CONDITIONS New: The brand-new, unused, undamaged item is in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging may be damaged or distressed, but the product inside is brand new. Open box: The item is in excellent, like-new condition. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or it may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may show minor imperfections from shipping & handling. Used: The item was previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that was used. Damaged: The item does not fully function as intended. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. In accordance with the Texas Feed & Fertilizer Control Service, the sale of damaged bag pet food is legal as long as it is from a certified manufacturer and the nutritional information remains legible. ?
