By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. PAYMENTS All invoices will be charged automatically to the card on file at the close of the auction unless cash or alternate payment arrangements were made before the auction closes. Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal payments must be arranged before the auction closes. If not arranged in advance, the card on file will be charged automatically. Cash-paying buyers must complete payment on the first scheduled pickup day. If payment is not received by the end of Day 1 pickup, the card on file will be charged. A 3 percent surcharge applies to all card payments. This surcharge is waived when using cash or approved alternate payments arranged in advance. A paid invoice will be emailed to you after the auction closes. Please check your spam or junk folder if it is not received. PICKUP TERMS All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup dates and times listed below. Items will not be released until invoices are fully paid. Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate help, vehicles, and equipment needed to safely load and transport their items. ATX Auctions Arlington is not responsible for any damage to items or vehicles once the merchandise has been handed to the buyer or leaves our warehouse. NO HOLDS / STORAGE We do not offer holds or storage. Items not picked up within the designated pickup window may be considered abandoned and will be resold or disposed of without refund. LATE PICKUP / ABANDONMENT Any merchandise not removed by the final pickup day will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of without refund. Repeated late pickups may result in suspension from bidding. Any buyer discrepancies must be reported at the seller’s physical location at the time of removal. No exceptions. ITEM CONDITIONS Our team inspects each item and tests functionality when possible. Please review all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where-Is, without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
