Pickup Schedule: The following Monday AND Friday from 10AM to 4PM, as well as Saturday from 10AM to 1PM. (Closed to the public Tuesday thru Thursday).
Pickup Location: Outlets at Conroe - 1111 League Line Rd., Suite 122, Conroe, TX 77303
Abandoned Items: Unless other arrangements have been made, Items not picked up by the following Saturday at 1:00 PM will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be given, and the items will be resold or otherwise disposed of.
Forfeited Winnings: Failure to pay items by the pickup deadline will result in your account being banned from future auctions. By registering, you agree not to file a chargeback for forfeited goods.
Welcome to i1Auctions - Whether you're a first-time bidder or a regular, by registering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We've compiled the key information you need to know about payments, pickups, and our policies.
Payments: Immediately after the auction closes, we will charge the payment method you have on file for your winning bids. Your total will include the final bid amount plus a 15% buyer's premium and state sales tax.
Invoices: You will receive a paid invoice via email from noreply@mail.hibid.com. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Failed Payments: If your card is declined, the email will include a link to complete your payment online. You can also pay in person.
Multiple Cards: HiBid allows you to store multiple credit cards in your profile. You can select your preferred card when you register for each auction.
Pickups & Shipping: Please note: We do not offer shipping.
Winning items cannot be paid for or picked up until the entire auction is complete and invoices have been generated. You will receive an email and a text message notification about one hour after the auction concludes.
Late Pickups: If you are unable to make the designated pickup times, you must contact us in advance to make other arrangements. We understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate you. You can email us at support@i1Auctions.com or call 281-506-4020.
Assistance: Our staff can help you move items to your vehicle, but due to insurance policies, we cannot assist with securing or strapping down items. Once items have left our premises, we are not responsible for any damage.
Required ID: A valid ID or driver's license is required for all invoices over $500. If someone other than the registered bidder is picking up the items, they must also provide their ID.
Item Conditions & Returns - We do our best to inspect and describe each item accurately. However, we do not control the inventory we receive.
Photos & Descriptions: We use both our own photos and manufacturer stock photos. Please read the full description, as photos may not always reflect the exact condition, quantity, or style of an item.
Functionality: Not all items can be visually inspected, but we do test for functionality when possible.
Returns: We stand by our descriptions. If we make a significant error in a listing, we will issue a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned.
3-Day Guarantee: All items (excluding shipped items) have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation starting at the time item is picked up.
Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is what you want before you bid.
Communication - By registering, you agree to receive emails and text messages from us.
Text Messages: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Emails: We will email you updates about future auctions.
Opting Out: You can reply STOP at any time to be removed from our text and email lists. Please note that this will not unsubscribe you from HiBid’s emails, which must be managed through your account settings on their platform.
