C&C LIQUIDATION LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS - By registering for this auction, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first-time bidding in our auction, or you're bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer's premium and 8.25% sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process, email will include a link to make payment or payment can be made in person. Your invoice will come from: noreply@mail.hibid.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice and a text message indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email and text typically one hour after the auction has concluded. We have 3 designated days for pickups for each auction. Thursday after auction day from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Friday after auction day from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday after auction day from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM. Lots that are not paid for by the end of the pickup period will be considered forfeit and you will be banned from bidding on auctions hosted by C&C Liquidation LLC. We are closed Sunday through Wednesday. Under no circumstance will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots if you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup time. In registering for this auction you agree to not file a chargeback on forfeit goods. It is the bidders responsibility to pickup their won lots within the designated pickup period listed above. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate customers who make arrangements ahead of time for pickup outside of the designated time slots. ***(A Copy of the Bidders/Purchaser ID/DL is required for invoices $500 and up upon pick up)*** ***(If items are being picked up by someone other than the registered bidder, both persons ID/DL will be required upon pick up)*** Late pick-ups will be allowed with proper communication All merchandise not removed by the Saturday following the auction at 2:00PM will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by C&C Liquidation LLC, and no refund will be given. You may make alternate arrangements on an individual basis by emailing admin@ccliquidationllc.com or by calling 346-717-4677. Shipping is NOT available for any of our auctions. Due to out-of-state consumer fraud, we DO NOT ship items. If you are a new out-of-state customer, we will automatically decline your registration. This auction is for locals or bidders with the ability to pick up their items. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. We cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. C&C Liquidation LLC is not responsible for any damages to items after they have left our premises. Customers are welcome to inspect their won lots prior to removal in order to point out any discrepancies for specific lot listings. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected, and we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: In registering for this auction you agree to not file a chargeback for goods that have been picked up by you, the bidder. We do not offer refunds, all items are sold AS IS. Email/Text: By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. Items will include furniture, home decor, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. C&C Liquidation LLC does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. All items are sold as is without warranty. All items are inspected to ensure descriptions are accurate. Items may consist of scuffs and scratches that may have not been noted in listing. Products may be missing components/ accessories such as cables, remotes, batteries, manuals, or chargers. All major issues, if any, will be noted.
