If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. -Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm on last day of Pickup December 10th. You must call 903-245-8186 to verify payment receipt and get approval for hold. Please See storage fee section below -Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. Please bring your own boxes and packing material! -Condition: You are buying As is, where is without guarantees implied or otherwise. Bidders are responsible for reviewing the item for condition evaluation. No returns are accepted for any reason. -Buyer's Premium: All bids are subject to a 10% buyers premium. -Note: Some items may not be available for shipping.
