NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO INCLUDE CANADA If you require items to be shipped, at registration please utilize the credit card information you'd like used for processing payment and indicate in the notes that you would like shipping for any items won. IMPORTANT FIREARMS INFORMATION If you have a FELONY on your record or unable to pass the standard ATF 4473 paperwork background check submittal, DO NOT BID ON THE FIREARMS. if you win a gun but do not pass the background check, the firearm will not be provided to you. - HANDGUNS (Automatic Pistols and Revolvers) - You much be 21 years old or older to bid on and receive a handgun. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the handgun at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a handgun, however, you cannot pick up in person. The handgun must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply. Please contact Central Treasures ASAP to arrange an FFL to be sent from your gun dealer to our office. -LONGARMS (Rifles and Shotguns) - You must be 18 years old or older to bid on and receive a longarm. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the longarm at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a longarm, however, you cannot pick up in person. The longarm must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply.
